Fruitie Tuttie Smoothie
This simple recipe can be whipped up in minutes.
Ingredients
1 cup crushed ice
1 banana (200 calories)
1 cup lite yogurt (80 calories)
1 cup skim milk (90 calories)
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 Tablespoon sugar (60 calories)

Total calories (430)
Divided by 3 servings = 143 calories per drink.
A fast food vanilla milkshake
might be at least 500 calories.

Directions:
Place the ice, banana, milk, vanilla,
and sugar in a blender.
Whip it up until it’s smooth.
Add the yogurt and whip again.
You can add other fruit, such as strawberries and blueberries.
